1. ELIGIBILITY
The WMCHC Follow & Win Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open only to residents of Los Angeles County, California, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Entrants must have a valid email address and follow White Memorial Community Health Center on Instagram or Facebook to be eligible. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of White Memorial Community Health Center, and members of their immediate household, are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.
2. GIVEAWAY PERIOD
The Giveaway begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Pacific Time on August 3, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time on August 16, 2026 (“Giveaway Period”).
The online entry form timestamp will serve as the official timekeeper for the Giveaway.

During the Giveaway Period:

Individuals who already follow White Memorial Community Health Center may enter by completing the online entry form. Limit one (1) entry per person. Incomplete, inaccurate, or duplicate entries may be disqualified.
4. WINNER SELECTION
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
5. PRIZE
One (1) Samsung 43-inch Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $230.00 Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION & VERIFICATION
Potential winner will be notified by email and/or telephone using the information provided on the entry form. Before receiving the prize, the selected winner must verify:
