Mrs. Oyamendan is an experienced operations healthcare executive with a track record of leading successful practice initiatives, driving process improvements, maximizing productivity, and introducing system efficiencies to propel growth. She has 20 years of health care and leadership experience within Federally Qualified Health Centers and Managed Behavioral Health Organizations serving the safety-net populations in Southern California counties, most extensively in Los Angeles County.
Mrs. Oyamendan earned a Master of Health Administration from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Riverside.
