Itohan Oyamendan is a seasoned healthcare operations executive with over 20 years of leadership experience in Federally Qualified Health Centers and Managed Behavioral Health Organizations. She has a proven track record of driving process improvements, leading successful practice initiatives, maximizing productivity, and introducing system efficiencies that support organizational growth.
In her role as Chief Operations Officer, she oversees multi-site clinical operations, key administrative departments, and enterprise-wide performance initiatives that improve access, quality, and patient experience. Her work has focused on serving safety-net populations across Southern California, with deep operational expertise in Los Angeles County.
Ms. Oyamendan holds a Master of Health Administration and a Certificate in Ambulatory Care Systems Management from the University of Southern California, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Riverside.
