Elizabeth is a strategic and innovative HR leader who positions Human Resources as a true business partner for organizational excellence. With extensive experience in healthcare, behavioral health, and corporate sectors, she specializes in translating business vision into HR strategies that drive performance, growth, and employee engagement. As CHRO at WMCHC, she transformed HR operations, tripled staff while maintaining a high retention rate, and implemented systems and programs that strengthened culture, compliance, and workforce development. Elizabeth holds a BS in Sociological Administrative Studies from UC Riverside and is completing her MS in Human Resources Management at Capella University. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and an active member of SHRM, PIHRA, CPCA, and CCALAC.
